What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, engaging, and high-quality care for children in childcare centers, family homes, and at events

• Support childcare center staff with classroom coverage and daily routines

• Step in to provide backup care for families when their regular childcare arrangements are unavailable

• Adapt to different environments, age groups, routines, and children’s needs

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and childcare center teams

• Communicate clearly and professionally about each assignment

• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to make a difference!

Availability Requirements

• Weekday Availability: Monday–Friday, with availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

• Weekend Availability: Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

• Travel: Must be comfortable commuting up to 45 minutes to assignments throughout the greater Pittsburgh area
